I have not received my welcome email, what should I do?

Welcome aboard! If you don’t see your welcome email yet, try these steps:

• Check your other folders

Look in Spam, Junk, and Promotions. Some email services (especially Hotmail, Live, or MSN) may misroute messages.

• Search your inbox

Use your search tool and filter for our address (learnerservices@thehealthsciencesacademy.org), or words like “Welcome” or your course name.

• Whitelist our address

To make sure future emails arrive, follow our guide: How to whitelist our emails. We explain steps for major email providers.
