I have not received my welcome email?

Firstly, welcome!

You have received a welcome email, however, there's always a chance that the email went to your "junk" or "spam" or "Promotions" folder or somewhere other than your inbox.

Some services (Hotmail, Live or MSN especially) can be rather overprotective sometimes, so make sure to double-check your other folders.

There is a quick way around so you can get started right away without having to wait for us. We have prepared a separate page for you which explains how you can get started with your course.
