# I have not received my welcome email, what should I do?

**Welcome aboard!** If you don’t see your welcome email yet, try these steps:

* **Check your other folders**
Look in **Spam**, **Junk**, and **Promotions**. Some email services (especially Hotmail, Live, or MSN) may misroute messages.

* **Search your inbox**
Use your search tool and filter for our address (**learnerservices@thehealthsciencesacademy.org**), or words like “Welcome” or your course name.

* **Whitelist our address**
To make sure future emails arrive, follow our guide: [How to whitelist our emails](https://thehealthsciencesacademy.org/whitelisting/). We explain steps for major email providers.
